Title: Administrative Bookkeeping Associate

Reporting to: Owners, CEO, General Managers

Location: Philadelphia, PA


Role Overview


The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in an office/administrative environment. Candidate should understand the basic duties of administrative support, be well versed in Quick Books, assisting in various aspects and stages of bookkeeping, including processing and recording everyday transactions, and producing financial statements. This position will work closely with and report to our Owners, CEO, General Manager of our cultivation facility, as well as our Dispensary Manager, being the liaison between the business’ multiple entities and providing administrative and personal support to all. Key qualities this candidate should embody includes problem solving and analysis, versatility, strong computer skills and numerical accuracy. Desired work ethic for this role is comprised of being detail oriented, highly organized, efficient, positive, reliable and superb communication.


Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):


·      Monitor and record daily financial transactions and expenditures in our software/database

·      Verifying daily transactions for accuracy

·      Report discrepancies to management

·      Arranging and tracking payments

·      Addressing invoices, coming in and going out

·      Assist in all aspects of administrative management and logistics

·      Assist in processing Payroll

·      Coordinate between operating entities in addressing day-to-day administrative and operational issues

·      Assist in various daily operations

·      Addressing all correspondences in a timely manner
